Labor Rates

The cost of labor is sometimes subject to special considerations, for some jobs. If you wish to receive a quote or estimate for a particular job, please fill out a work order with that request.

Otherwise, in general, the following are the labor rates for the Engineering / Maintenance team, set by the Board of Directors as of January 1, 2023:

• $ 55.00 per hour

  • $ 41.25 per 45 minutes

  • $ 27.50 per 30 minutes

  • $ 13.75 per 15 minutes

The minimum charge is 15 minutes or $ 13.75.
