Information Regarding Electronic Keys (FOBs)

The following is information regarding your electronic key as per the association’s Access Control policy. If you have any questions please reach out to Lisa.

• Only registered occupants can have an electronic key FOB, limited to only one (1).

• This electronic key FOB is assigned only to you and is not to be shared.

• You are required to report its loss immediately so that it may be disabled.

• A new or replacement electronic key FOB costs $25.  

• You can have one physical garage key FOB per registered vehicle.

• A new or replacement garage electronic key FOB costs $50.

  • You are responsible for notifying management 30 days prior to vacating your garage space.
