Replacing windows is the responsibility of individual Unit Owners. Windows must conform to Association specifications and must be approved by the Sheridan Point Manager in writing before installation.
Specifications:
Aluminum frames (Not vinyl or any form of plastic).
Thermal Double Pane Windows.
Wind Pressure rating of at least 40 pounds (preferably 50 pounds) per square foot.
Frame Color : Dark Brown.
Certification- The installer must show that the manufacturer has received certification, such as AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association), that the product meets specifications.
In order to preserve a uniform appearance for the Building’s exterior, all window coverings (draperies, curtains, blinds, etc.) visible from the exterior must be of a beige, pale grey, tan or other neutral color, or have a liner of that color. Management reserves the right to remove any window covering that varies from these standards. Nothing may be allowed to hang outside windows.
